About Rizza Gloriani

My mission is to be the Realtor that you can trust, bring every question to, and feel confident in the fact that I will be there every step of the way to see that your property goals are accomplished, that your perspective is always the top priority, and that you have the utmost confidence in working together.

My introduction to the Real Estate world began shortly after graduating college when I took a second job as a receptionist for a high-rise development project. This triggered my curiosity of the industry and led me to take the Real Estate course just for fun. That's just me I guess! I naturally like to learn specially once I was done with the formality of academics. Fast forward 2005 and I had just relocated to Orlando from Miami. Like many people at that time, we found ourselves purchasing a home that we shouldn't have bought with the encouragement of the Sales person. We were "sold" into it and like many, we learned the hard way. This is the experience that made me decide that I wanted to be part of the Real Estate world. I believed, at that time, that there was a problem in the industry and that there was a need for more agents who genuinely cared for their customers and not just the commission. And I wanted to be part of that solution. That was over 13 years ago and until this very moment, I get excited that I get to help families, individual, as well as investors with their Real Estate journey. Many of my friends would agree that one of my pet-peeves is when I receive "generic" treatment and this is why it is out of character for me to treat others that way. What I mean is that we all have our own unique personalities and preferences and there is no One-Size-Fits all approach when you want to provide the Highest Quality of customer service. When you work with me, I will carefully take into consideration who you are, your personal preferences and needs as we venture into either finding the right property or marketing the sale of your property. My job is to be there for you as much or as little as you need me throughout your entire Real Estate journey even beyond the closing day.
